Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an outstanding Lead for our PDS Visual Inspection department at our Monza facility. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of visual inspections for sterile pharmaceuticals. Collaborate with a world-class team to meet ambitious goals and deliver outstanding quality products to our patients! **Responsibilities**: - Coordinate the daily and weekly production planning and control to achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the activities of operators, ensuring the timely and high-quality production of liquid and lyophilized pharmaceuticals.
- Prepare, monitor, and initiate departmental machinery.
- Assist during audits and support the coordination activities performed by Team Leaders/Supervisors. **Requirements**:



- Bachelor's degree in CTF, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or a diploma with relevant experience.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a pharmaceutical or food production environment.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
- Strong leadership and resource management skills.
- Availability to work shifts, including continuous and night cycles.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate resources effectively. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience in manual, semi-automatic, or automatic visual inspection within pharmaceutical production.
- In-depth knowledge of cGMP and SOP management.
