After the 12 months rotation, which will include few months in France and/or Portugal, you will be part of the Sales & Operations team based in Parma. This team oversees the right sizing of the capacity to answer the future demand at optimized cost and follow up the project execution including logistics. We are seeking a highly analytical and driven individual to join our team as a Future Talent in Sales and Operations Planning. In this role,



you will play a crucial part in supporting our organization by leveraging data insights to drive strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities will be: - Analyse sales and operations data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective planning strategies.
- Support the development of forecasts and inventory management processes.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. **Your Profile**: - **Master's Degree.**: - ** Fluent English.**: - Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and forecasting.
- Power Bi / Excel strong skills.
- Artificial Intelligence skills is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with sales and operations planning processes is a plus.
