**Mission**:
Ensure the award of tenders, managing all the activities and resources in the different phases. **Activities**: - Perform analysis and verification activities to evaluate the opportunity to issue an offer
- Verify the opportunity consistency with the strategic objectives
- Obtain an assessment of the technical / industrial, economic-financial, legal/administrative feasibility of the risk assessment and of the probability of success
- Support to analyse and prepare the documentation related to all aspects of the offer, including project management, technical, manufacturing, finance, planning, contractual, suppliers, offset, and timescales
- Plan and make arrangements for the offers to be approved




- Endorse and sign the Offer in accordance with the legal authorisations
- Deliver the commercial offer to the Customer
- Manage any contractual changes
- Update the assessments / prepared plans including the updating of the risk analysis
- Review the offer conditions **Requirements**:
STEM Degree Previous experience in similar roles (2-4 years) Good English knowledge **Seniority**:
