As a Procurement Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving procurement excellence by leading a team responsible for transactional purchasing, e‐sourcing, master data management, reporting, and operational procurement activities. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality procurement services while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer focus.
In this role, you will combine strong leadership capabilities with procurement expertise to support business objectives, optimise processes, and contribute to the overall performance of the supply chain organisation.
Work Model
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of procurement professionals, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and professional growth.
Ensuring procurement activities are executed in compliance with company policies,



procedures, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Driving the consistent application of procurement strategies and group guidelines to improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, quality, delivery reliability, and working capital.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing corrective actions when required.
Overseeing purchasing operations to ensure buyers effectively manage risk exposure related to quality, delivery, commercial terms, and supplier performance.
Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous optimisation of procurement and supply chain systems and digital tools. Analysing operational challenges, identifying root causes, and leading process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
