Experteer Overview As Warehouse Senior Team Leader, you will oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment, driving safety, efficiency and engagement. You will lead a team of operators and shift leaders, using data-driven methods to improve productivity and quality. You will leverage WMS and RF technologies and partner with planning and engineering to balance workloads and support automation. This role centers on continuous improvement and change leadership within a global logistics network.

Manage daily inbound, storage, picking and outbound activities with service level focus
Monitor KPIs (productivity, accuracy, throughput) and address deviations
Ensure proper use of WMS and accurate data recording across processes




Coordinate with planning and engineering to balance workloads and optimize resources
Champion safety, quality, and compliance through audits and training
Drive change and leverage data insights to improve efficiency
Qualifications Bachelor in Logistics
3-5 years in warehouse operations in high-volume environments
Proven track record in team leadership for medium to large teams
Experience with automated logistics systems and tech-driven environments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and resource management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Analytical, hands‐on, and resilient under pressure
