Experteer Overview As a Service Sales Specialist, you will craft technical and commercial offers for HV substation, HVDC services, and digital asset improvements. You will collaborate with the Service Manager to execute a service sales strategy, grow the installed base, and develop new market opportunities through value-added solutions. You will nurture long-term customer relationships, manage data for installed base initiatives, and ensure safe, cost-effective, compliant solutions. This role offers impact across technical sales, lifecycle management, and data-driven account growth in a collaborative team.
Retribuzione / Benefits Implement service sales strategy with the Service Manager and drive upgrades and value-added solutions for customers.
Penetrate the Installed Base and promote retrofit and enhancement offerings.
Generate sales leads, identify new service portfolios, and develop market opportunities.
Build long-term customer relationships, understand requirements and regulations, and promote Life Cycle Management.

Register customer feedback and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Define and automate Installed Base data capture and work with IB managers, R&D;, and business users.
Contribute to risk assessments related to price and quality; ensure reliable, safe, and cost-effective solutions.
Comply with health and safety directives and uphold core values of safety and integrity.
Responsabilità Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical / Automation / Electronic Engineering
Experience in a Technical Sales role is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical, proactive, customer-oriented mindset
Strong teamwork abilities
Proficiency in English and Italian
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
