Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and develop a 3–5 consultant team on client engagements
Analyze, design, and implement business performance approaches for clients across private, public, and social sectors
Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and designers to create and deploy solutions
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications, including senior leaders




Coach and sponsor junior team members and structure ambiguous problems to drive action
Coordinate staffing and project selections with professional development management
Travel to client sites as required
Responsabilità Advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory
Prior consulting or professional services experience preferred
Ability to work collaboratively and foster inclusive environments
Strong quantitative thinking and problem‐solving abilities
Comfort with ambiguity and changing situations
Effective written and verbal communication in English and Italian
