you'll tackle complex challenges that impact millions of people's working lives. - Collaborate with the Payroll Compliance team and other internal divisions to understand and document country-specific payroll compliance requirements.
- Conduct research to support global expansion projects and ensure compliance with local payroll tax laws across the EMEA region.
- Compile and maintain country-specific payroll knowledge bases and compliance blueprints.
- ** Operational Support**
- Provide guidance on general payroll tax queries and compliance matters within the EMEA region.
- Support client escalations by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Communicate with internal teams, external partners to gather and disseminate payroll compliance information.
- Educate product and development teams on country-specific payroll requirements and best practices.
- ** Continuous Improvement**




- Support the development and maintenance of legislative specifications for multiple jurisdictions within the region.
- Provide insights and guidance to internal teams to ensure continuous compliance awareness and upskilling.
- Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability. **What We’re Looking For**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent compliance certification.
- 4+ years of Payroll Tax compliance experience, with demonstrated expertise in payroll regulations for at least two EMEA countries.
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, HR policies, and payroll compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex payroll compliance projects with cross-functional teams. **Skills and Competencies**
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing is a strong advantage.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, including planning and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Scrum/Agile methodologies for managing tasks and priorities.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and align diverse stakeholders.
