We are looking for a highly skilled BMS Function Validation & Calibration Engineer to join our EV development team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating, testing, and calibrating Battery Management System (BMS) software functions within modern electric vehicle architectures.
You will work across multiple control units and collaborate closely with function owners, suppliers,



and project stakeholders to ensure robust software performance, compliance with requirements, and successful release approvals. This position combines hands‐on validation, calibration, and system‐level analysis in both vehicle and test bench environments.
Key Responsibilities
Test, validate, and calibrate BMS software functions across multiple ECUs and vehicle systems
Develop, manage, and execute test plans and test campaigns according to project requirements
Perform software validation activities on vehicles and test facilities (e.g. HiL, test benches)
Analyze test results and provide clear, structured, and comprehensive test reports
Detect, investigate, and report system anomalies, including root‐cause analysis using diagnostic data and traces
Develop and optimize BMS software calibrations to meet performance and timing targets
Support BMS software development and integration at project l
