What Impact Will You Have?
As a Flight Coordination Officer, you will serve as the client's expert for all aspects of their aircraft operation. Working as the central point between the owners, our internal teams, the flight crew and our world class global and tactical operations center, a Flight Coordination Officer works to flawlessly execute personalized and unique travel experiences. The role is highly dynamic, requiring seamless integration of three core pillars of the business: Dispatch Operations, Client Services & Charter Sales.




Our Flight Coordination Officers serve as the vital link between aircraft owners, charter clients, flight crews, and global ground partners, always ensuring the highest standards of safety. The heart of this role is well established and has a clear path for development. Overview of Responsibilities
Full-scope planning of all client schedules, consistently anticipating needs and expectations to effectively prepare an itinerary, confirm arrival and departure reservations, verify travel documentation & catering requests, arrange ground transportation and ensure delivery of any special requests.
Conduct structured flight feasibility assessments evaluating aircraft availability (including MEL restrictions, airspace requirements, and APU status), crew availability/qualifications, and Flight-Risk Assessment (FRAT). Build
