Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Chapter LeadYour role and responsibilitiesWorking in a brand-new Agile organization, you will execute tests on different devices using your knowledge of standard references and testing methodologies, investigating and resolving critical product issues, optimizing processes, and verifying product compliance. In this role, you will analyze and document test results for use in the development of new products, as well as defining the details, test sequences, testing methods and procedures, and equipment and instrumentation to be used.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the ABB Electrification Business area in particular for the Smart Power Division in Bergamo. Main stakeholder is the Research and Development Department.You will be mainly accountable for:Planning and implementing test plan,



assigning the right priority and overseeing the allocated resources.Training new team members in test operations and processes.Handling machine to machine protocol of communication.Preparing, reviewing, managing and updating documents and databases.Proposing improvements to test techniques based on experience and knowledge of trends and equipment.Assisting external certification inspectors during testing activities for ABB products and external customer products.Ensuring that prototypes are correctly assembled, tests are correctly performed, and activities are thoroughly reported.You will join a dinamic team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the roleHigh School Diploma in computer science.You have at least 1-2 year of experience in laboratory or R&D; department, working as operator with software testing and development.Ability to demonstrate your experience of programming languages and cy
