**Direct Reports**: Shift Leaders
**Internal Interfaces**: Plant Management, Central Functions, Other Plants
**External Interfaces**: Customers, Raw Material & Equipment Suppliers **Responsibilities**: - Ensure production objectives and KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost) are achieved.
- Plan, organize, and optimize resources (people,



equipment, materials).
- Monitor production performance, manage deviations, and ensure proper shift handovers.
- Lead problem-solving with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Product Development, HR.
- Analyze and reduce scrap, rework, and quality issues.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives (Lean, CI, O.I.P.).
- Perform risk analysis and ensure compliance with IATF standards.
- Evaluate and develop team performance with support from HR.
- Maintain positive relations with trade unions and stakeholders. **Requirements**: - Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Proven experience in production or operations management
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, IATF standards
- Leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English and Italian
