- Build and lead a new **Global Business Development & Key Account Management** function, setting global standards and governance
- Manage **directly** some of our important **Global Key Accounts**, acting as a global ambassador for Kardex
- Develop and execute strategies to unlock growth from our most strategic customers
- Lead and inspire a high-performing, international team of **Segment Experts** to support business development in our organic markets
- Partner with regional teams to design and deploy **go-to-market strategies** that drive measurable top-line growth
- Establish long-term partnerships with global key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth on a global level **Your profile**
- Proven track record in **Business Development & Global Key Account Management**, ideally in B2B industrial sectors
- Strong experience in **building high-performing teams and functions** across multiple regions
- ** Hands-on** sales experience and drive, with ability to **manage Global Key Accounts** directly
- Exceptional **strategic acumen**,
with the ability to translate vision into results
- Skilled in performance management, change leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration
- Excellent communicator in English and relationship-builder at senior levels
