The Data Centre Facility’s mission is to ensure the highest standards of availability and technical agility, bridging the gap between sophisticated IT infrastructure and groundbreaking life science research.
We are seeking an ambitious Bioinformatician - Scientific Computing Support to support the activities of the Data the Centre Facility in the ICT & Digitisation Area.
Your mission
As Bioinformatician - Scientific Computing Support, you will be responsible for the implementation and continued maintenance of various IT systems, with a focus on scientific software and services and supporting computational researchers in their daily activities. You will report to the Scientific Computing Support Manager.

Essential
What you’ll bring
- University degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or related fields.
- 3 Years of experience in this or in a similar role.
- Strong working experience in R and Bioconductor.
- Strong working experience in Python, BioPython (or similar).
