You collaborate across teams to transform digital storefronts (Amazon and global e-retail) into premium, conversion-focused experiences. This role combines craft with a scalable, data-informed approach to elevate brand storytelling and performance.

Oversee copy and narrative localization to maintain tone across markets.
Guard brand guidelines and push creative boundaries within the brand framework.
Enhance Amazon and eCommerce presence, treating product pages as premium experiences.
Lead conversion-focused,
high-velocity eCommerce asset production and iterative optimization based on shopper data.
Advance content automation by deploying Generative AI tools and developing prompt playbooks and compliance standards.
Manage end-to-end production lifecycle for the De'Longhi brand, translating architecture into executable assets.
Responsabilità 5+ years in Creative Operations, Integrated Production, or Content Strategy
Proven track record of delivering best-in-class eCommerce content and Amazon brand experiences
Multi-disciplinary background in Art Direction and high-end photography/video shoots
Expert-level knowledge of Generative AI tools and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
Fluency in English; Italian or German highly advantageous
