- Background in CSD / procurement / accounting / B2B resp. B2C mktg
- Outstanding communication skills and empathy; accuracy; reliability; self-confidence; independemce and entrepreneurship; fluent in English; superior knowledge of other languages appreciated **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** **Administration**
- Creation and follow-up of PR in SAP
- Receipt, check, filing of offers, invoices, delivery notes
- Keep active contact with other functions involved in the procurement/purchasing process
- Planning of non-stock material shipments for materials originated by ColorWorks
- Maintains the Touchpoint calendar for relevant activities of ColorWorks EMEA **ColorForward administration**
- Planning of ColorForward platform manufacturing, in conjunction with Pjct Mgmt
- Receipt of orders for ColorForward from the various regions




- Planning of dispatch of ColorForward platforms and issuing of invoices
- ColorForward platform stock management
- Oversees shipment coordination in collaboration with the relevant Functions within LE Italy. **Logistic**
- Planning and organization of logistic aspects of meetings and workshops
- Keeping updated database of providers of services of interest for events (acc., congr., cat., photosh., etc.)
- Planning and maintaining correct levels of consumables' stock
- Coordinates closely with the Polymer Technologist and/or the Material Scientist to address roadblocks, monitor schedules, and ensure availability of tools and supplies, in light of planned Customers' visits (done already, but not formalized)
- Sample/chip review prior to shipment to converter/OEM **Market research**
- Execute market research, using suitable databases and online research
