Marketing of real estate properties, residential developments and subdivisions;
Strategic consulting in defining and proposing investment opportunities for clients;
Strategic planning of marketing activities for exclusive mandates;
Assistance in finding real estate solutions best suited to clients' needs and technical and contractual support;
Collaboration with the Marketing team to define commercial strategies and communication activities aimed at enhancing the department's real estate initiatives.
Requirements
Qualification for the profession of real estate broker
Proven experience in the residential real estate sector (at least 8 years)
Degree in Economics or related disciplines
Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point
Strong goal-oriented attitude
Ability to manage relationships
Excellent organizational and teamwork skills, proactivity
