We are looking for an experienced R&D; Project Manager to join a dynamic Consumer Healthcare environment, leading complex cross‐functional innovation and development projects from concept to delivery.
Purpose of the Job
Lead cross‐functional project teams in the execution of end‐to‐end projects aligned with business goal, develop and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring key activities are completed on schedule and within scope.
Make sure that LEAN and Agile tools and approach are used across project management.
Manage (or provide operational support in) vendors and contracts (management) for the CHC I&D; Team.
Principal Accountabilities
Support the definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables.
Develop end‐to‐end project schedules and timelines, assuring project on‐time delivery.
Apply LEAN and Agile approach to projects.
