Global Corporate & Commercial Italy is the unit of Generali Italia S.p.A. that develops insurance services for medium and large corporate clients.
Based in Rome or Milan, in the Construction & Bonds department of GC&CI; - Underwriting, you will deal with "surety bond policies" underwriting activities.

You will support the global strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the targets.
Main tasks:
- underwriting "surety bond policies" and assessing and fixing "credit lines", with the capability to drive the relationship with internal and external stakeholders in the insurance and reinsurance market
- running portfolio management activities to achieve targets in harmony with the Bonds governance framework (underwriting authorities and guidelines)
- supporting product development activities
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics or Law
- at least seven years of relevant experience in the role of Bonds Underwriter
- strong financial and analytical skills
- good communication skills, ability to work in an international context, and fluency in English and Italian
- flexibility to work both in a team and independently, and an aptitude for commercial negotiation
- good command of major IT packages and experience in the use of u
