Experteer Overview In this hybrid role, you will plan and execute internal and external events, drive employee engagement, and support community investment initiatives. You'll collaborate with the Corporate Communications & Events team to ensure smooth event delivery and effective post‐event follow‐up. You'll balance multiple time‐sensitive projects in a fast‐paced environment while upholding collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Benefits Support end‐to‐end delivery of corporate events (ONWARD, townhalls, leadership sessions, employee engagement)
Develop event plans and budgets with Event Manager
Research vendors and select based on creativity, quality, cost
Book venues, schedule guests, coordinate day‐of logistics and vendor relations
Handle event administration (speaker engagement, orders, BEO reviews, travel, reservations,

registration, RSVP tracking)
Attend events to assist with day‐of logistics (set to strike)
Update Shared Events calendar and promote events across Business Units
Provide pre‐ and post‐event reporting and evaluations to stakeholders
Support community engagement and investment initiatives with Events Manager
Draft event communications (invites, scripts, show flows) and assist internal communications
Provide general admin support to Corporate Communications & Events Team
Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities Post‐secondary education in Events, Marketing, Communications or a related field
Minimum three years' experience with integrated events and communications
Exceptional time management and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast‐paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with logistical coordination of event
