**Freelance Tour Guide - Bergamo** **About the Role**
Guydeez is seeking enthusiastic locals in Bergamo to join as freelance tour guides. You will lead private walking tours for small groups, showcasing the city’s history, culture, landmarks, and hidden gems. **Responsibilities**
- Conduct walking tours (3-8 hours) in Bergamo.
- Share cultural, historical, and local insights in an engaging way.
- Personalize tours based on guest interests and preferences.
- Ensure tours run smoothly and guests feel welcome and informed.
- Optionally host culinary or themed experiences. **Requirements**: - Strong knowledge of Bergamo, including top sights and local hidden gems.
- Fluency in at least one of the following: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Chinese.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable leading tours lasting several hours.
- Previous guiding or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. **What We Offer**
- Freelance/independent contractor role.
- Flexible schedule — choose your working days and hours.
- Compensation: approx. €15-20/hour (equivalent to €120/day depending on tours).
- Performance-based bonuses.
