Position Summary: The EU Cardiopulmonary Marketing team is looking for an entry-level marketing enthusiast to support some key events and activities for the Cardiopulmonary division. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience across all aspects of event management: from the early stage of event planning to administrative processes, logistics, communications and on-the-ground support.
The role will have international exposure and therefore requires proficient verbal and written English communication skills. General Responsibilities: - Support with day-to-day administrative tasks, including vendor coordination, purchase orders and payment processes.
- Assist in organizing event and meeting logistics, liaising with suppliers, and preparing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Use and update the event management platform to track registrations, manage attendees, and monitor communications.
- Support with updating marketing materials Skills and Experience: No previous experience required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The role will have international exposure and therefore requires proficient verbal and written English communication skills. Full training will be provided.
