We are driven by the following values**: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.** Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. **Position**:
The Main Press Centre Press Conference Manager is responsible for managing the MPC Press Conference Booking Office, scheduling and coordinating all press conferences held within the MPC, and ensuring the smooth execution of those. This includes overseeing booking requests, coordinating schedules and liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders or service providers to ensure that all technical,



logístical and organisational aspects are in place. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a proactive problem-solving approach to ensure the seamless delivery of press events. This is a Games-time role that will require working on a shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends. **Requirements**: - Manage the MPC Press Conference Booking Office and oversee the scheduling and allocation of press conference rooms;
- Develop and coordinate the press conference schedule in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely communication with all involved parties;
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to meet all technical and logístical press conference requirements;
- Oversee the setup and teardown of the Press Conference Rooms, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly prepared and maintained;
- Ensure the smooth operation of all press conferences as well as the press conference room booking system, proactively addressing any issues that arise;
- Train and supervise press conference supervisors and volunteers to ensure high-quality and professional service;
- Coordinate closely with the MPC Manager and Deputy Manager as well as other key MPC Managers, including the Guest Pass Manager, Press & Photo Workroom Manager, Operations Manager, Main Help Desk Manager, and Private Office Manager, to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration;
