**Job Description Summary** Are you passionate about construction, architecture, or real estate and eager to take your first big step in project management?
Join us in Milan for a temporary opportunity that offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment. As a Junior Project Coordinator, you’ll support our team in delivering projects related to Technical Due Diligence (TDD) surveys, project monitoring, capital improvements, and building/site repairs — gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities**
- Support site staff in identifying requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and coordinating work completion.
- Assist in building evaluations and preparation of physical audit reports.
- Participate in site inspections to ensure building compliance with regulations.




- Prepare and share regular progress reports.
- Support project approvals, budget tracking, and organizational changes.
- Contribute to daily operations of the project team. **Key Competencies**
