We are looking for an Electronic Engineer with HW/SW experience in diverse contexts. At TMC, you will work on embedded systems, circuit design, and systems integration, growing through cross-functional projects and driving your development.

About this vacancy

Hardware Design

- Design and development of electronic boards (PCB design) using electronic CAD tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or equivalents)
- Selection and sizing of analog and digital electronic components based on project requirements
- Design of power circuits, DC/DC conversion, energy management, and protection
- Hardware verification and validation: tolerance analysis, reliability testing, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI)

Firmware and Embedded Software Development

- Firmware development in C/C++ for microcontrollers and microprocessors (STM32, NXP, TI, ARM Cortex, or equivalents)
- FPGA and CPLD programming (VHDL, Verilog) for high-speed or low-latency applications
- Implementation and optimization of drivers, middleware, and communication stacks (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet)
- Development and integration of RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or equivalents) in resource-constrained embedded systems

Client Relations and Internal Collaboration

- Technical interface with the Client during various project phases, from functional specification to final testing
- Active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams: system engineers, mechanical engineers, software architects, and project managers




- Contribution to pre-sales activities and technical support during the offering phase for new business opportunities

What we expect from you

- Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field
- Previous experience (2+ years) in electronic design
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the gross annual salary (RAL) starting base will not be less than €28,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, upon completing the selection process, considering the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and annual welfare credits. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in compliance with current company policies.
