With automation and knowledge as part of our DNA, we are building hotel solutions to deliver a **unique guest experience**. **The great things you will do** As a Hospitality Operations Specialist at Libere Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include: - Backoffice Area_ - Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when necessary.
- Administrative Area_ - Manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics.
- Customer Service Area_ - Assist guests with check-in, city info, and more,

- Qualifications:_ - Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
