- Create a warm and inviting environment by providing First Class Service that reflects RH’s standards of hospitality
- Lead the delivery and presentation of dishes to guests, ensuring accuracy, timing, and quality
- Support the expediting process and maintain flow between the kitchen and dining room
- Maintain a curated and organized service environment, including the polishing area, service stations and expediting line
- Anticipate guest needs and assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables throughout service
- Demonstrate a commitment to RH’s standards through personal presentation, menu knowledge and attention to detail
- Embrace a team-oriented mindset, championing the “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out” philosophyMaintain strong knowledge of menu items, allergens, ingredients, and preparation protocols to ensure accurate and safe service OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing or culinary support role
- Proficiency in English is preferred,
due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global teams
- Must meet the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work certain shifts, and/or perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulations
- Commitment to high standards of personal appearance, including adherence to uniform guidelines, grooming, and hygiene practices, to ensure a professional presentation to guestsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment
- Frequent stooping, bending, and reaching, both overhead and below counter height
- Lifting or moving items up to 25 kgs using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques
- Safely ascending and descending stairs, with or without carrying food, beverages, or service equipment
- Standing and walking for extended periods as part of daily work activities
- Delivering food using proper two-handed carrying techniques to ensure safety and presentation
- Move safely through compact, high-traffic kitchen and service areas, including spaces with variable lighting
- Commitment to proper safety, sanitation, and food-handling practices in a commercial kitchen environment
