To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic **Assembly, Integration & Test Manager** who will be part of our **Operations team**, contributing to the planning, coordination, and optimization of assembly, integration, and testing activities for small satellite platforms. We foster a collaborative environment where every Argonaut can contribute with their ideas and expertise, create meaningful value together and transform feedback and mistakes into opportunities for learning and innovation — growing both professionally and personally, as individuals and as a team. **DUTIES** As an **Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) Manager**, you will oversee and coordinate AIT activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): -**
Plan and monitor** assembly, integration, and testing activities for satellite platforms and subsystems.
- **Coordinate workloads and resources** across AIT operations to ensure availability and efficiency.
- **Define and track KPIs** for AIT processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Ensure compliance** with safety standards and quality management systems throughout all AIT phases.
- **Manage and mentor** the assigned team, organize shifts, and oversee daily operations in cleanroom environments.
- **Support team development** through training programs and constructive performance feedback.
- **Collaborate daily** with Engineering, Quality and Program teams to resolve technical issues and optimize processes.
- **Supervise documentation, reporting, and traceability** of all AIT activities.
- **Drive operational excellence**, implementing best practices and promoting a culture of innovation and efficiency. **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical fields;
- At least 5 years of experience in a coordination role within assembly, integration or testing in a high-tech manufacturing environments, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role;
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing technical teams;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and at all levels of seniority;
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven approach;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS** - Experience with ERP and MES systems for planning and monitoring activities.
- Ability to manage priorities and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on team development, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to define and track KPIs for AIT processes.
- In-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while working under tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace systems standards (ECSS, MIL, NASA).
- Previous experience managing technical interfaces and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Continuous learning attitude and commitment to operational excellence.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and stakeholder needs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS** - In-depth knowledge of satellite architecture, requirements management, and related production processes;
- Demonstrated experience in the space and defense sectors;
- Experienced knowledge of Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence);
