About this vacancy
The resource will be involved in activities related to defining requirements, modeling system architecture, and managing traceability throughout the entire development cycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in System Engineering, Software, Hardware, Safety, and Validation. **Main responsibilities:** - Analyze and manage system and subsystem requirements. - Define and model functional and logical architectures using an MBSE approach. - Create SysML/UML models to describe functionalities, interfaces, and system behaviors. - Ensure traceability between requirements, architecture, implementation, and verification activities. - Collaborate with Hardware and Software development teams to define technical solutions. - Support System Integration, Verification & Validation activities.
What we expect from you
- Master's Degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields.
- Experience in the Automotive sector.
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles.
- Experience in SysML/UML modeling.
- Experience using at least one of the following tools:
- IBM Engineering Systems Design Rhapsody, Cameo Systems Modeler, Composer
- Experience in requirements management using IBM DOORS or DOORS Next.
- Knowledge of the automotive development cycle according to the V-Model.
- Familiarity with ASPICE processes.
- Ability to define requirements, use cases, system architectures, and interfaces.
- Italian language proficiency level C1.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency (level B2 or higher).
What you can expect from us
The position includes a permanent contract and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €35,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, at the conclusion of the selection process, based on the evaluation of the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.
In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget of €4,000 net annually for skills development, and an annual welfare credit. Additional details will be provided during the selection phase, in accordance with current company policies.
