Labsitters is recruiting enthusiastic English-speaking Summer Camp Counselors to join our international team for Summer Camps in Florence/Milan starting in June 2026.

Our camps welcome children aged 3–13 years and combine sports, arts, creative play, and immersive English language learning in a fun and supportive environment.

Camp Schedule

- Camps run mid-June to mid-September, in line with the Italian school holiday calendar

- Short pause in mid-August

- Flexible availability – counselors select the weeks they wish to work in advance

Who We’re Looking For

- Fluent English speakers (native-level pronunciation preferred)

- Energetic, responsible, and confident leading group activities

- Enjoyment of physical activity, sports, and active play with children

- Comfortable using English naturally through games, sports, and creative activities

Requirements

- Valid documentation to work in Italy

- Availability during the summer camp period

- Experience with children ages 3 to 13 (teaching, babysitting, mini/junior club entertainers, summer camp counselors)

Preferred but Not Required

- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or other English-teaching certifications

- Background in education, childcare, sports, arts, or language learning
