Overview
TBA Global is an international tax, accounting, and compliance service provider, supporting global e-commerce sellers with solutions including VAT, EPR, product compliance, company formation, accounting, and other cross-border business services.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Italy Compliance Product Specialist to support our Italian compliance services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing VAT and EPR compliance projects, communicating with Italian authorities and partners, and working closely with our international teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Italian VAT registrations, filings, and ongoing compliance.
- Handle Italian EPR compliance, including registrations, declarations, and renewals.
- Liaise with Italian tax authorities, EPR organisations, recycling schemes, and business partners.
- Support clients with VAT/EPR registrations and respond to enquiries promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely compliance and excellent customer service.
- Create and improve SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Track project progress, report issues, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Requirements





- Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2) and fluent English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Experience in Italian VAT, EPR, tax, compliance, or regulatory services preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce, accounting, tax consulting, or compliance is an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: €1,000.00 - €2,000.00 per month
