- Power Technology Development
- Basic Research on SiC processes
- Power Device Architecture
- TCAD simulations to model new technology platforms
- Technical document preparation **YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Master degree in physics, engineers, material science, chemistry or similar
- 5 years of experience in power electronic related field
- Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite..;
- English business proficiency
- TCAD knowledge
- Device Physics knowledge
