Health and Safety_ _Directorate is coordinated by Cristiana Rossi. Within the team, your main responsibilities will be: - giving support by collaborating closely with Senior Researchers, and Personnel, deeply understanding their needs and lending a hand through human resources related matters;
- taking care of employee/collaborator relations issues;
- collaborating with the colleagues of Human Capital and Organization Directorate in order to facilitate all the internal processes;
- performing other related duties as assigned. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in Legal, Languages, Economics, Social Sciences or a similar discipline
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong focus on stakeholder needs and expectations **ADDITIONAL SKILLS**
- Previous experiences in HR department or employment agency
- Ability to work in a challenging and international environment
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment
- High motivation to learn
- Possess analytical reasoning skills and a growth mindset **COMPENSATION PACKAGE**
