- Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with Italian companies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value B2B clients within the Italian market.
- Understand the unique recruitment pains of Italian businesses and tailor Jooble’s value proposition to meet their needs.
- Preparing and conducting calls with potential clients, including demos, presenting the value proposition, and identifying the client’s targets as well as their pains and needs.




- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasts in our CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the product team on local market trends and competitor activity in Italy. **What We're Looking For**
- You have **2+ years of experience** in B2B sales within the IT sector (ideally with exposure to HR / Job Tech-related products).
- You’re a local expert who knows Italian business.
- You are comfortable communicating with an international team and reporting in English.
- You are proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce or other) and modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools, etc.).
- You are result-oriented, take ownership of your pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed your sales targets.
- English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written)
- Fluency in Italian **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
