Sidel is looking for a passionate, business-oriented Strategic Marketing Manager to help driving and execut-ing strategic projects in line with our corporate objectives. If you are this person, you will be in charge of contributing to the sustainable and profitable growth & expansion of Sidel’s equipment and service business, by enabling cross-functional collaboration in the design and the execution of some of Sidel’s strategic projects. This is a great career opportunity for someone who’s able to envision, enable and execute, led by purpose and data driven. **Your Mission**: - Support in running key Strategic Processes such as Strategic Cycle and Strategic Plan definition.
- Contribute to executing Portfolio Extension Program and coordinate one or more of the specific projects within the Program.
- Support in Strategic Risks analyses, impact assessment, scenario planning and governance coordination.
- Run business and competitive analyses outside or complementary to STRAT plan, and synthesise them into strategic recommendations. **Your Profile**:
**Level of education and languages**: - University education, ideally in a STEM discipline.
- English is a must, Italian and French are welcome. **Required experience and skills**: - 5-10 years of working experience in strategic functions (marketing, brand development, market research, strategy), ideally in a manufacturing company.
- Leadership: you will have a high level of autonomy to collaborate and influence, and drive actions.
- Curiosity: we will rely on your ability to identify new to the world solutions and paths.
- Accountability: you will have to deliver, on time, in full.
- Entrepreneurship: you will explore new territories for growth.
