_**This job is based in Sofia, Bulgaria - relocation required**_ **Location**:Sofia, Bulgaria **Salary**:EUR 1,500 gross p/m **Operational Hours**:40 hrs per week, rotation MON-SUN 11am-11pm **Relocation package**: 3 weeks accomodation on arrival in Sofia plus support in finding a place to live in Sofia after the 3 weeks plus a relocation premio 1500 EUR which is paid on 2 installments (1st and 2nd month) **Join a Leading Global Gaming Company** Are you a fluent Italian speaker with a passion for gaming and helping others? Looking for an opportunity to join one of the world's leading gaming companies in an international environment? **The Role** You'll work closely with internal teams to investigate more complex cases while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. **Your Key Responsibilities**
- Investigate and resolve player issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding accounts, gameplay, payments and general enquiries.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal departments when required.
- Ensure all interactions meet quality and service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications.
- Stay up to date with company policies, products and procedures. **Requirements**:



- Fluent Italian (C2/native level).
- Good command of English (B2 or above).
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Interest in gaming is a plus. **On Offer**
