Siamo alla ricerca di un profilo che entrerà a far parte del Digital & Betting come CRM Designer.

Responsabilità principali:

- definizione di materiale html per la creazione di DEM e materiali di supporto per la comunicazione digitale (personalizzazione web e mobile)
- benchmark e aggiornamento continuo dei layout grafici in coerenza con le novità del business e del mercato
- supporto al team nella definizione di alcune grafiche da utilizzare in particolari campagne dem o web (i.e.pop up post log in)
- collaborazione con i team di prodotto per raccogliere i brief e i materiali grafici
- supporto nella definizione di contenuti delle comunicazioni CRM
- Requisiti

- Padronanza pacchetto Office
- Ottima conoscenza di Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Creatività, affidabilità e autonomia
- Problem solving
- Sono considerati requisiti preferenziali:

- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo anche di un anno
- Conoscenza anche base di uno strumento di Marketing Automation è considerato un plus
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese

We are looking for a candidate to join the Digital & Betting team as a CRM Designer.

Key responsibilities:

• creating HTML content for the production of DEMs and supporting materials for digital communication (web and mobile customisation)

• benchmarking and continuously updating graphic layouts in line with business and market developments

• supporting the team in designing specific graphics for use in particular DEM or web campaigns (e.g.



post-login pop-ups)

• Collaborating with product teams to gather briefs and graphic materials

• Supporting the development of content for CRM communications

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Creativity, reliability and the ability to work independently

• Problem-solving skills

The following are considered desirable:

• Previous experience in this role, even for just one year

• Even a basic knowledge of a marketing automation tool is considered a plus

• Excellent command of English
