As a Medical Research Practitioner at ICON, you will conduct clinical research activities, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements while contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments. **What You Will Do:** Your role will involve delivering clinical research work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: + Conducting clinical research activities in compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory guidelines. + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate site initiation, patient recruitment, and data collection for clinical trials. + Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adverse events, and other critical study-related information. + Participating in the development of study materials, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and study manuals. + Staying updated on medical research trends and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of clinical trial operations. **Your Profile:** You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: + Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field + Previous experience in clinical research or related roles,
