**Role Overv** **iew** The Human Resources Intern will join the HR function of a multinational company and, under the guidance of the assigned tutor, will support key HR activities related to employee lifecycle management, HR operations, internal communication, engagement, talent management and people development. **Key Responsibilities** + Support daily HR operational activities, including employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding processes. + Contribute to HR reporting, data preparation, presentations and internal summaries for management. + Support internal HR communications by drafting messages, preparing content for internal channels and helping ensure clear and consistent communication to employees and managers, suggesting and implementing innovative multi channels approach. + Assist the HR team in talent management and development activities, including development planning, learning initiatives and follow-up tracking. + Support initiatives aimed at strengthening manager capabilities, employee development, feedback culture and performance conversations. + Support activities related to HR projects at South Europe level, contributing to cross-country initiatives, materials preparation and progress tracking. **Candidate Profile** + University degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration, Communication or related fields. + Self-motivated, proactive collaborative and curious attitude,
