HS Specialist

Musile di Piave (VE), Italy

Responsibilities

- Identify hazards related to work activities and develop prevention plans.
- Define and implement procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations, monitoring deadlines and mandatory requirements.
- Coordinate and verify that personnel receive the necessary health and safety training.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment and oversee activity performance.
- Manage and intervene in case of incidents.
- Manage documentation related to management systems and interface with competent authorities and certification bodies.
- Contribute to improving the company’s HS performance through the analysis of indicators and objectives.

Requirements

- Degree in a technical field and/or specific certifications (RSPP/ASPP training).
- Soft skills:



proactivity, analytical ability, management skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of required IT systems (SAP, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of the English language.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is €33,543 – €46,121. The final remuneration will be determined based on skills, effort, responsibility and relevant experience.
