At MOYNAT, client experience begins before a customer enters the boutique. As a Client Experience Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, creating a warm, elegant, and memorable first impression for every guest while representing the heritage, craftsmanship, and sophistication of the Maison. Inspired by luxury retail clienteling and brand ambassador standards, the role focuses on welcoming guests, driving boutique traffic, and delivering an elevated customer journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a visible ambassador for the Moynat brand in and around the boutique.
2. Welcome and engage passersby with professionalism, confidence, and warmth.
3. Distribute luxury brand materials and invitations to qualified clientele.
4. Introduce customers to the Maison’s history, craftsmanship, and collections.
5. Create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage guests to visit the boutique.
6. Greet customers upon arrival and ensure a seamless transition into the in-store experience.
7. Build genuine connections with local and international clientele.
8. Support boutique events, activations, and client engagement initiatives.

Maintain impeccable personal presentation in line with luxury brand standards.
10. Gather customer interest and feedback to support client development efforts.
11. Collaborate closely with the boutique team to ensure exceptional service and customer flow.
12. Represent the values, image, and prestige of the Maison at all times.

Profile:

1. Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and client service.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Naturally confident, approachable, and engaging.
4. Strong understanding of premium customer experience.
5. Professional appearance and polished presentation.
6. Ability to interact comfortably with high-net-worth and international clientele.
7. Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
8. Fluent English required; additional languages are highly desirable.
9. Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, events, or brand promotion is advantageous.
