## ELI - Internal System Monitoring AuditorApplylocations: IT - Varese - Cascina Costatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: September 16, 2026 (30+ days left to apply)job requisition id: R0030640**Job Description:**Within the Quality & Safety System area, we are seeking a candidate for the position of auditor.He/She will be based at the Cascina Costa in Samarate (VA).He/She will be responsible for the main following tasks:- Ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, as well as internal procedures;- Implementing and monitoring internal audit activities as per the QMS Audit program;- Managing non-conformities and related corrective actions during the definition, closure, and effectiveness verification phases;- Developing the function's internal procedures and instructions;- Managing periodic reports, including those relating to external audits and resulting actions. In details:**SENIORITY**Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the same or similar role.Howevwr, application for more junior candidates will also be considered.**KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES*** Carrying out internal audits (once trained and approved as an auditor and thence audit team leader)* Internal Audit planning/preparation, audit conduct, Checklist preparation and fill-in, report writing,



report distribution* Perform risk analysis of any non-conformity (NC) identified* Ensure completion of audit non-conformities and update the non-conformance management system records* Ensure external audit reports and findings are loaded to the NC Management Tool and any findings/actions are completed within the agreed timescales**General Accountabilities*** Assist and guide non-conformance recipients in the use of the NC Management Tool* Take a proactive approach in personal development**Requirements*** Higher education, high school diploma or university degree* Preliminary professional work experience in the field of aeronautics highly appreciated* Knowledge of EN 9100 standard, Knowledge of Production (PO) and Design (DO) environment are appreciated* Knowledge of problem-solving tools and techniques appreciated* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office* Good knowledge of written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)* Sense of responsibility, strong team working attitude, decision making* Medium flexibility to travel in different Company location* Assist and guide non-conformance recipients in the use of the NC Management Tool* Take a proactive approach in personal development**Seniority:**Junior**Primary Location:**IT - Varese - Cascina Costa**Contract Type:**Permanent **Total Base Pay Range:**32.731,92 - 43.000**Hybrid Working:**Hybrid
