Responsibilities
- Work closely with the After Sales department on software development and testing of vehicle diagnostic tools for workshops.
- Design diagnostic software to provide a simple, clear, and effective interface for workshop technicians.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, engineering responsible personnel, and system specialists to collect engineering information required for diagnostic functions and repair suggestions development.
- Plan development activities according to vehicle milestones.
- Test the diagnostic software on vehicles to verify correct functionalities.
- Develop automatic testing tools or control unit diagnostic protocols.
Qualifications
- Technical degree in Electronics or Informatics Engineering
- Basic experience in software/firmware development and software testing (C, C++, Python, LabView, …)
- Knowledge of automotive electric/electronic systems,
including vehicle architectures and bus technologies, is a plus
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostic protocols (KWP2000, UDS) is a plus
- Strong passion for cars and automotive business, with focus on new technologies, trends and innovation
- Good planning and self-management skills;
ability to achieve goals within deadlines while balancing multiple demands and shifting priorities
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Total compensation
- Contract type: Permanent contract
- Gross annual salary (RAL): €28,000 – €33,000
- Lavoro da remoto: individual remote working agreements
- Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
