We are seeking a highly motivated and customer‐centric Inside Sales Executive in Carugate‐Italy to join our Medical EMEA Sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be customer‐facing and leading sales of safety and regulatory medical services in assigned territory, which requires basic knowledge of medical regulations, collaboration with internal experts, and a sense of urgency to respond to customer inquiries as well as promoting UL Solutions services.
Responsibilities
Serves as primary point of contact for existing accounts and new clients; responds quickly to client inquiries.
Educates clients on medical device safety and regulatory requirements and takes ownership throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution; brings in additional technical resources (e.g., subject matter experts) when needed.
Responsible for understanding specific customer needs, articulating UL Solutions value proposition in client presentations and proposals and managing client interactions to close sales.
Builds trust and engages with customers to identify their specific needs and pain points (e.g., understanding the basic safety & regulatory requirements surrounding the customers product and the potential pathway to market).
Maintains up to date knowledge on the medical services offered by UL Solutions.
