We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our Camper store in Bologna ; As a Camper Store Manager , your mission will be to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth.
We’re counting on you to offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, develop the team’s potential and oversee all the operations of the store in order to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency.
Customer Experience Management: Our customers matter You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long-term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level.




Team Management: our people are the key asset at Camper Business Results & Efficiency: As a Store Manager you are required to manage the point of sale efficiently, influencing commercial decisions and taking business analysis into account.
Each store embodies the Company’s culture, values and principles. You will be responsible for Camper brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Company’s identity and ESG principals.
In the omnichannel era, operations are key and have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Company’s Policies & Procedures. You are our perfect match if:
