Perfetti Van Melle in Lainate, Italy, is seeking a dedicated GRDQ Gum Base Industrialization & Process Specialist to drive scale-up of gum base formulations from lab to full production. You will define, validate and optimize process parameters while supporting trials, ramp-ups and continuous improvements across sites.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Chemical Engineering or related field, at least 5 years in industrialization or process engineering, hands-on experience with plant trials,
