La DoubleJ is looking for an experienced and passionate Seasonal Store Manager to join our team in Robusto Dei Marmi.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team, fostering a positive, collaborative and high‑performing environment.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets through effective planning, performance monitoring and coaching.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to maximize business results.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and VICs, supporting clienteling initiatives and in‑store events.
- Ensure the boutique consistently meets company standards in terms of visual presentation, operations and customer experience.
- Oversee daily store operations while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor stock levels, sell‑through performance and inventory accuracy, coordinating with Buying and Operations teams when needed.
- Support recruitment,
onboarding and training of new team members.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and provide continuous feedback to the team.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure appropriate store coverage, supporting the management of absences and leave.
- Act as the key point of contact between the store and HQ, ensuring effective communication and execution of company initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within the luxury or premium retail industry.
- Proven experience leading and developing retail teams.
- Fluent English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on achieving business targets.
- Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
