Experteer Overview In this role you drive post‐sales transformation for Service Now's enterprise accounts, aligning solutions with client goals and sharing industry insights. You'll partner with C‐level executives to deliver measurable business outcomes and foster collaboration across Service Now and strategic partners. You lead risk mitigation and value realization, guiding the customer through ongoing digital transformation. You work with cross‐functional teams to sustain adoption, renewals, and expansion, shaping long‐term success for both the client and Service Now.
