Experteer OverviewIn this role you will act as the central coordination hub between Stone Island HQ and Wholesale Partners in Milan, guiding the planning and execution of wholesale marketing activities while ensuring brand consistency and digital/commercial compliance. You will manage content delivery, localization for key clients, and timely activations within a cross-functional network. You will monitor digital presence, pricing and promotions, and produce regular performance reports. This position offers the chance to shape wholesale marketing programs and elevate brand integrity across markets. Benefits Contribute to definition, update and execution of the Wholesale Marketing Plan aligned with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Area Managers Coordinate and consolidate wholesale marketing activations by Area, Client and launch calendar Maintain visibility priorities,



timelines and seasonal peaks Proactively identify and propose marketing activities and commercial initiatives for wholesale clients Act as day-to-day coordination point for wholesale marketing activations and liaise with internal teams Manage approvals, follow-ups and cross-functional dependencies, especially near launches Coordinate and manage distribution of digital content to wholesale partners Adapt materials for Top Clients and Strategic Partners per brand guidelines Coordinate pre-launch communications and timing of content delivery Manage requests for custom materials within defined scope and priorities Monitor wholesale partners' websites, e-commerce platforms and digital channels Ensure compliance with brand, pricing, geo-pricing, markdown and promotional policies Identify anomalies or non-compliance and coordinate corrective actions Produce recurring reports (pricing, compliance, digital presence, xrdztoy etc.) Responsibilities 3
