In this role, you will act as a strategic Reward partner for the SEA region (excluding Italy), shaping total reward frameworks across multiple countries. You will partner with senior leaders and HR business partners to address current and future reward challenges, ensuring fair and competitive pay, bonuses, equity, and recognition. You'll lead cyclical and ad hoc reward projects and drive governance and education on reward policies. This is a senior, impact-focused opportunity within Flutter's centre of excellence. Retribuzione / Benefits Build trusted relationships with country leadership and HR business partners Analyze and advise on reward challenges and opportunities across SEA countries Provide technical reward expertise for day-to-day operations (benchmarking, analytics) Lead and deliver cyclical and ad hoc reward projects Support year-end processes (salary review, bonuses, Flutter Compensation Review) Advise leaders on compensation, equity,



recognition fairness Complete salary benchmarking submissions and develop internal reward structures Establish robust governance for reward processes across responsible countries Educate HR teams and leaders on reward principles, governance, and processes Communicate reward offers and activities effectively to employees Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, HRBPs, and Group Reward Contribute to reward transformation projects with subject-matter expertise Responsabilità 4+ years in complex, international reward roles Experience managing multi-jurisdiction and multi-currency reward challenges Deep knowledge of current reward trends Expertise in job evaluation, grading, and pay/premio range xrdztoy development Strong analytical capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to deliver training on internal Reward topics Independent work style with initiative from conception t
